Major Stryker came out in 1993, published by Apogee Software for MS-DOS. It was part of that wave of shareware games you'd get on floppy disks, where you played the first episode for free and mailed in a check if you wanted the rest. You control a lone spaceship, scrolling through levels packed with enemy ships, turrets, and environmental hazards.
