Naruto Shippuden: Shinobi Rumble is one of those DS games I used to play between classes—quick, chaotic, and perfect for when you just want to throw hands as your favorite ninja. You’ve got 16 characters to pick from, and yeah, of course I mained Naruto at first, but after getting wrecked by a friend’s Gaara, I had to rethink my strategy.

The fighting feels fast and a little messy in the best way, like when you accidentally trigger a special move mid-combo and suddenly the screen’s full of explosions. And if you’ve got three friends with DSes (remember when that was a thing?), the four-player mode turns into absolute chaos—someone’s always shouting about cheap tactics or stolen kills.

It’s not the deepest fighter out there, but for a portable Naruto brawler, it nails the energy of the show. Just don’t blame me when you start yelling "Believe it!" after every match.
