Play Super Mario Omega Online

Super Mario Omega came out for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System, though I don't recall the exact developer or publisher. It feels like a game that could have existed right in the middle of the SNES library, with that familiar colorful style but some unexpected twists.

You control Mario through a series of side scrolling levels, jumping on enemies and breaking blocks. The main goal is still to reach the flagpole at the end of each stage, but the game introduces a few new mechanics, like grabbing temporary power ups that let you throw boomerangs or cling to walls. The pacing is brisk, and some later levels get pretty tough with disappearing platforms and tricky enemy patterns. It feels satisfying to nail a difficult jump sequence and keep moving forward.
