Super Mario World: A Haunted Christmas came out for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System in 1991, developed and published by Nintendo. The pacing is brisk, with a fair difficulty curve that encourages experimentation with the new Yoshi abilities, like eating certain enemies to get temporary powers. It feels like a familiar adventure wrapped in a chilly, charming blanket of holiday cheer.
