Game Overview
Super Mario World Neo takes everything you loved about the original SNES classic and sneaks in just enough surprises to make it feel new again. The first time I jumped into Yoshi’s back and realized the levels had these sneaky alternate paths, I got that same giddy feeling I did as a kid—except now there are weird little twists, like seeing familiar enemies in places they shouldn’t be.
The controls are still perfect (of course), but some of the jumps are trickier, and there’s this one ghost house level that had me scratching my head for way longer than I’d like to admit. And the music? Same iconic tunes, but remixed just enough to catch you off guard in the best way. If you’ve ever wanted to replay Super Mario World but wished it could somehow feel fresh, this is it.
