Game Overview

Ever had that weird urge to run a nuclear power plant without actually risking a meltdown? Oakflat lets you do exactly that—it’s like being handed the keys to a reactor and told "good luck." You’re staring at this gloriously clunky MS-DOS interface, all green text and blocky buttons, trying to keep coolant levels stable while the temperature creeps up. One second you’re fine, the next you’re frantically hitting emergency shutdown because you got distracted and now everything’s beeping at you.

The charm’s in how simple it looks but how quickly things go sideways. No fancy animations—just numbers ticking up, alarms blaring, and that moment of panic when you realize you forgot to check the pressure valves. It’s weirdly educational, too. After a few disasters, you start picking up actual reactor terms, which is either cool or slightly concerning.

If you miss the days when games didn’t hold your hand and a single misclick could doom you to pixelated nuclear winter, Oakflat’s your kind of mess. Just maybe don’t play it near anyone who works in energy—they’ll either laugh or have nightmares.

Each game uses different controls, most DOS games use the keyboard arrows. Some will use the mouse , "Alt" ,"Enter" and "Space bar".
