Play The Settlers II: Mission CD Online

You juggle resources across wildly different climates—watch your Greenland settlers struggle through blizzards while African ones dodge heatwaves. Still the same satisfying little worker ants, just with more map variety and the occasional Viking raid.

Game Overview

If you’ve ever lost hours to The Settlers II, this expansion is basically more of that addictive resource-management goodness—but with a globe-trotting twist. Instead of the usual medieval Europe vibe, you’re building settlements everywhere from Greenland’s icy wastes to Africa’s scorching deserts. The terrain actually matters here—try farming in a snowstorm and you’ll see what I mean.

There’s a full campaign with nine missions, plus a dozen new free-play maps if you just want to zone out and optimize your little economy. The map editor’s a nice touch, though don’t expect to go wild with boats (they kept naval stuff locked down for some reason). Honestly, half the fun is watching your settlers bumble around carrying planks while you fend off Vikings. Classic DOS-era charm with just enough new stuff to feel fresh.

If you’ve got the Gold Edition, you already own this—otherwise, it’s a solid excuse to revisit one of the coziest RTS games ever made.

Each game uses different controls, most DOS games use the keyboard arrows. Some will use the mouse , "Alt" ,"Enter" and "Space bar".
