Play Tom Long: The Time Adventure Online

You're Tom, a guy who keeps getting yeeted through time—now you're bartering a whoopee cushion with a knight while trying not to get burned at the stake. The dialogue's so deadpan even the dinosaurs side-eye you.

Game Overview

Tom Long: The Time Adventure is one of those weird little MS-DOS games that somehow sticks with you. You play as Tom—this awkward guy who gets tossed through time like a ragdoll, and suddenly you're trying to explain a flashlight to a confused Roman soldier or convincing a pirate captain that yes, this plastic toy is absolutely valuable treasure.

The puzzles are just the right kind of ridiculous—like, why wouldn’t you trade a rubber duck for a medieval shield? The pixel art’s janky in that nostalgic way, and the humor’s so dry it could’ve been written by a time-traveling history professor with a grudge. It’s not perfect, but that’s why it’s fun. If you miss the days when adventure games didn’t hold your hand (and occasionally threw you into a volcano for no reason), this one’s a trip.

Each game uses different controls, most DOS games use the keyboard arrows. Some will use the mouse , "Alt" ,"Enter" and "Space bar".
