The first level lulls you in with familiar music and visuals—then immediately punishes you for assuming anything will be where it should be. Hidden blocks? Oh, they’re there. Just not the helpful kind.
I lost count of how many times I yelled at the screen because of some perfectly placed Koopa or a ledge that’s juuust out of reach unless you nail the spin jump. It’s brutal, but weirdly satisfying when you finally thread the needle between spikes, Piranha Plants, and whatever else the creator decided to throw at you. Speedrunners will either adore this or develop a nervous twitch.
