Ultima: Runes of Virtue 2 came out for the Super Nintendo in 1994, developed by Origin Systems. It was part of that wave of mid-90s console RPGs that tried to blend top-down exploration with puzzle solving, standing out a bit from the more traditional turn-based games of the era.

You control the Avatar, moving screen by screen through dungeons and towns, fighting monsters in real time with a sword or bow.
