Game Overview

Universal Chaos for the Atari 2600 throws you into a grid of enemy tanks, and honestly, it gets intense fast. You're maneuvering this little blocky tank between columns, trying to line up shots while dodging return fire—one wrong move and boom, you're toast. The enemies get smarter (and angrier) the more you destroy, so what starts as a simple shootout turns into this frantic scramble for survival.

There’s a bonus pickup that gives you a breather—and extra points—but good luck grabbing it when three enemy tanks are already closing in. Two-player mode is great if you want to take turns out-blasting each other, though good luck convincing your friend to hand over the controller when they’re on a roll. The difficulty levels actually matter here—start on easy unless you enjoy pixelated pain.

It’s pure, chaotic fun with that classic Atari "just one more try" pull.
