Game Overview

Vault Assault is one of those old-school Atari 2600 games that looks simple but gets intense fast. You're stuck in the middle of the screen as a little base, and enemies keep popping up from all sides. The trick? Quickly jab the joystick in their direction and mash the fire button before they turn into mines and come flying at you.

At first, it feels manageable—enemies take their sweet time transforming. But after a few levels, they start flipping into mines almost instantly, and suddenly you're flailing the joystick like your life depends on it (which, in-game, it kinda does). The controls are dead simple, but good luck keeping up when the screen's full of mines zipping toward you from every angle.

It's basically a test of how fast your reflexes can handle pure chaos.
