Play Acid Tetris Online
Control falling tetrominoes, rotate and place them to clear lines, while navigating a visually distorted playfield that challenges your strategy in Acid Tetris.

Acid Tetris was part of the MS-DOS Classic Games collection, though it never received an official numbered release. It emerged during the era when shareware and experimental mods flourished on the platform, often distributed on floppy disks or early bulletin board systems. The game took the familiar Tetris formula and twisted it into something far more disorienting, a product of its time when programmers weren't afraid to get weird with established concepts.
You control the falling tetrominoes as usual, rotating and placing them to clear horizontal lines. The main objective remains to survive as long as possible, but the signature mechanics quickly take over. The playfield begins to visually distort, with colors bleeding and the grid warping unexpectedly. Blocks sometimes phase through each other or leave behind graphical artifacts, forcing you to adapt your strategy on the fly. The pacing is relentless, and the difficulty spikes sharply once the visual interference begins. It feels like trying to solve a puzzle while the pieces are actively fighting back against you.
Each game uses different controls, most DOS games use the keyboard arrows. Some will use the mouse , "Alt" ,"Enter" and "Space bar".
