So, Adventure Time: Hey Ice King! Why'd You Steal Our Garbage!! is this weirdly charming little NDS game where Finn and Jake wake up to find their trash missing—and of course, the Ice King just casually admits he took it. Finn’s not having it, so off you go on this ridiculous quest to get their garbage back. Because priorities.
You switch between Finn and Jake as you platform through levels—Finn punches stuff up close, while Jake stretches his arms to hit enemies from a distance. The overworld’s this cute top-down map where they waddle between locations, but the actual levels are classic 2D side-scrolling. It’s got that Adventure Time humor all over it, with weird little jokes and enemies that feel like they jumped straight out of the show.
Honestly, it’s janky in that old-school handheld way, but if you love the series, it’s a fun little time capsule of early Adventure Time chaos.
