Game Overview

CHAMP Galagon is one of those MS-DOS shooters that somehow flew under the radar back in the day—which is a shame, because it absolutely nails that frantic Galaga-style chaos. You’re dumped straight into a tiny ship with way too many alien squiggles coming at you, and the controls are so tight that every near-miss feels like a victory. The pixel art’s got that chunky, early-PC look, and the soundtrack? Pure bleep-bloop adrenaline.

It’s simple—dodge, shoot, don’t blink—but the enemy patterns get mean fast. Some dive-bomb you like angry bees, others just clog the screen until you’re weaving through bullet hell. No fancy power-ups or cutscenes here, just you and your reflexes. If you’ve ever wondered what Galaga would feel like on a keyboard with a caffeine addiction, this is it. Just try not to punch your monitor when the swarm gets you.

Each game uses different controls, most DOS games use the keyboard arrows. Some will use the mouse , "Alt" ,"Enter" and "Space bar".
