Championship Baseball was part of the MS-DOS Classic Games release, a collection that bundled several titles from the era. Fielding is handled automatically for the most part, though you can sometimes influence throws. The pacing is brisk, with games moving quickly, but the difficulty can spike sharply, especially when batting against a clever human opponent. It feels like a stripped-down, fast-paced version of the sport where a single mistimed swing can change everything.

Each game uses different controls, most DOS games use the keyboard arrows. Some will use the mouse , "Alt" ,"Enter" and "Space bar".
