Play Dope Wars Online

Start with a wad of cash, buy cheap dope in one city, and sell high in another—just don’t get busted by the cops or you’re back to square one. The thrill’s in those razor-thin margins and that sinking feeling when prices crash.

Game Overview

Ever wanted to play the world’s sketchiest stock market? Dope Wars is basically that—except instead of trading boring stocks, you’re flipping bags of questionable substances in back alleys. You start with a little cash, a terrible trench coat, and a list of cities where the prices for, uh, "merchandise" fluctuate wildly. One day, acid’s dirt cheap in New York; the next, you’re getting gouged in Tokyo.

The cops are always lurking, and if they catch you, say goodbye to half your stash (or worse). But when you nail a big score—buying low in one city, selling high in another—it’s stupidly satisfying. The whole thing runs on pure MS-DOS minimalism: no fancy graphics, just numbers, risk, and that weird adrenaline rush when you barely escape a bust.

It’s one of those games where you tell yourself "just one more deal" at 2 AM, and suddenly the sun’s coming up. Darkly funny, weirdly strategic, and way more addictive than it has any right to be.

Each game uses different controls, most DOS games use the keyboard arrows. Some will use the mouse , "Alt" ,"Enter" and "Space bar".
