Fragile Allegiance is a strategic space colonization and combat game set in a competitive asteroid mining empire. As a new employee of TetraCorp, your mission is to establish and expand mining colonies across asteroids, manage resources, and trade ore for profit. However, survival isn’t just about economics—you’ll need to build fleets of warships to defend against the hostile Mauna race, while negotiating alliances with other factions. Combat is automated but dynamic, with laser battles, missile strikes, and sabotage missions playing out as you vie for control.

The game features a detailed ship system, from small scouts to massive command cruisers, each customizable with weapons and grouped into fleets. With seven races (though only TetraCorp is playable), diplomacy and tactical decisions shape your path to dominance. Each game uses different controls, most DOS games use the keyboard arrows. Some will use the mouse , "Alt" ,"Enter" and "Space bar".
