Goblins Quest 3 came out in 1993 as part of the MS-DOS Classic Games collection, a time when many developers were pushing the limits of what PCs could handle with adventure and role-playing titles. It was published by a smaller studio whose name doesn't ring many bells today, but they had a knack for blending humor with some genuinely tricky level design.

You control a goblin named Gribble, who has the unfortunate habit of transforming into a werewolf whenever there's a full moon, which happens more often than you'd think. Your main goal is to gather the scattered pieces of an ancient amulet by exploring maze-like dungeons, solving inventory-based puzzles, and engaging in simple but timing-sensitive combat with a short sword. The game progresses screen by screen, and the difficulty is pretty unforgiving; one wrong move or missed item can force you to retrace your steps through several areas. It feels like a constant, slightly chaotic scramble to stay one step ahead of your own cursed biology and the dungeon's many traps.

Each game uses different controls, most DOS games use the keyboard arrows. Some will use the mouse , "Alt" ,"Enter" and "Space bar".
