Game Overview

Goblins Quest 3 (or just Goblins 3 if you're a purist) is one of those weird, charming MS-DOS games where you play as Blount, a goblin who gets bitten by a wolf and occasionally turns into a brutish werewolf—which is as chaotic as it sounds. At first it's just you and your little green self, but soon you pick up a crew: a sarcastic parrot, a magician who may or may not be useful, and a snake that probably shouldn’t be trusted.

The levels are these big, scrolling areas where you wander from countryside to creepy inns, solving puzzles that sometimes make sense only after you’ve messed them up twice. Some areas lock you in until you figure things out, which is either frustrating or satisfying depending on how stubborn you are. And if you played Gobliins 2, there’s a fun little twist about Blount’s identity that makes the whole thing feel like a weird, goblin-filled soap opera.

It’s janky in that early '90s way, but there’s something oddly endearing about the whole mess.

Each game uses different controls, most DOS games use the keyboard arrows. Some will use the mouse , "Alt" ,"Enter" and "Space bar".
