Ah, Knight Games—one of those MS-DOS classics that somehow slipped under the radar. You start off in some dingy dungeon, sword in hand, and within minutes you're either impaled on spikes or laughing at how ridiculous the traps are. It's got that perfect mix of clunky charm and "wait, how was I supposed to know that was there?" moments.

The pixel art holds up surprisingly well, especially the knight’s goofy little shuffle when he walks. Combat’s simple but punishing—swing too early and you’re toast, but nail the timing and it feels weirdly satisfying. And yeah, there’s probably a princess somewhere, but let’s be real, you’re mostly here for the absurdly creative dungeon layouts and the occasional skeleton ambush.

Each game uses different controls, most DOS games use the keyboard arrows. Some will use the mouse , "Alt" ,"Enter" and "Space bar".
