Play Lemmings 3D Online

You guide those same clueless lemmings through 3D mazes now, wrestling with the camera to spot hidden paths while they bounce off walls like confused ping-pong balls. That "turner" skill changes everything—suddenly you're redirecting whole crowds around corners instead of just blocking them.

Game Overview

Lemmings 3D came out in 1995 for MS-DOS, developed by Clockwork Games and published by Psygnosis. It was part of that wave of early 3D platformers and puzzle games that tried to translate familiar 2D ideas into a new dimension, sometimes awkwardly, sometimes with surprising cleverness. The shift to polygons was still fresh, and this game was one of many experiments from that era.

You control a cursor that assigns skills to individual lemmings as they march blindly through isometric levels. Your main goal is to guide a certain number to the exit, using abilities like climbing, floating, blocking, and the new turner skill to change their direction. The camera angles can be tricky, forcing you to rotate the view to spot gaps, switches, or hazards. The pace is deliberate; you pause often to plan while lemmings wander into danger. It feels like managing a stubborn, cheerful parade through a maze full of wrong turns and sudden drops.

Each game uses different controls, most DOS games use the keyboard arrows. Some will use the mouse , "Alt" ,"Enter" and "Space bar".
