Mission 3: Ultimate Challenge is an expansion for Spear of Destiny, serving as the final chapter in the Wolfenstein 3D spin-off’s storyline. Released as both a standalone floppy disk and part of the Spear of Destiny Super CD pack, it introduces 21 new levels set in Hitler’s atomic research laboratory, featuring enhanced graphics, new enemy sprites, and improved sound design. Notable additions include crushed rats as secret door markers and new collectibles, along with printed floor maps to aid navigation.

Each game uses different controls, most DOS games use the keyboard arrows. Some will use the mouse , "Alt" ,"Enter" and "Space bar".
