You pick one of several street fighters and dive into a gritty, pixelated version of New York where every alley and warehouse is packed with enemies.

You control a fighter through multiple urban stages, clearing each screen of thugs before moving to the next. Your main goal is simply to survive from one end of the city to the other, using fists, found weapons like pipes, and occasional special attacks. The combat is straightforward but chaotic; enemies swarm from both sides, and you need to time your strikes and jumps to avoid getting overwhelmed.
