Secret Agent: Mission 2 – Kill Again Island came out in 1992 as part of the MS-DOS Classic Games lineup from Apogee Software. It was a side-scrolling action game from an era when shareware titles often delivered straightforward, challenging experiences without much hand-holding.
You control a spy navigating a hostile tropical island, screen by screen, with the goal of eliminating a criminal mastermind. The game emphasizes careful movement and precise shooting; you collect intelligence files and avoid or eliminate guards, often using stealth to survive. The pacing is tense, with sudden firefights forcing quick decisions, and the difficulty can be unforgiving for careless players. It feels tense and deliberate, rewarding patience as much as quick reflexes.
Each game uses different controls, most DOS games use the keyboard arrows. Some will use the mouse , "Alt" ,"Enter" and "Space bar".
