This SNES Spider-Man game is basically a love letter to the 90s cartoon—same art style, same cheesy voice clips, same dramatic theme music. You swing through New York with that classic web physics where you kinda just stick to the sky, but it works. The first level throws you right into a bank heist, punching thugs who yell "I hate spiders!" like they rehearsed it.

What’s cool is how they nailed the cartoon’s vibe—bright colors, exaggerated animations, even the way Spidey flips when he jumps. Some of the platforming’s janky (looking at you, wall-crawling controls), but the boss fights against guys like Scorpion and Venom feel straight out of an episode. That final Doc Ock fight? Pure 90s cheese, in the best way.

It’s short, but for a licensed SNES game, it’s way better than it had any right to be.
