You control all the players on your chosen team, batting and fielding through full nine-inning games. The main goal is to outscore the opponent, inning by inning. Key mechanics include timing your swings with a floating strike zone indicator and entering long, case-sensitive passwords to save your season progress. The pacing is deliberate, almost slow by today's standards, and the difficulty can spike depending on the team matchups. It feels like a honest, no-nonsense arcade translation of baseball, even with its occasional rough edges.
