Super Solvers: Treasure Mountain! came out in 1990 as part of The Learning Company's MS-DOS Classic Games series. It was one of those educational titles that didn't feel like homework, blending basic math and logic into a colorful adventure. During that era, many games tried to teach something, but this one stood out by wrapping its lessons in a genuine sense of exploration and mystery.

You control a young explorer tasked with recovering stolen treasure from a mountain guarded by tricky elves. Your main goal is to climb screen by screen, catching elves who each hold a number clue. You use these clues to solve simple math problems, which reveal the location of keys hidden under rocks, trees, or bushes. Once you find a key, you can unlock a treasure chest on that screen. The pacing is relaxed; you can take your time, but the mountain troll's taunts from above add a little pressure. It feels like a quiet puzzle hunt where every correct answer brings you one step closer to the summit.

Each game uses different controls, most DOS games use the keyboard arrows. Some will use the mouse , "Alt" ,"Enter" and "Space bar".
