Play Blues Brothers on Msdos Online
Control Jake or Elwood, jump across rooftops, dodge obstacles, and drive the Bluesmobile to recover the band's instruments in this chaotic platformer from 1991.

Blues Brothers on MS-DOS came out in 1991, published by Titus Interactive. It was one of those early platformers that tried to capture the spirit of a movie, something a lot of developers were doing back then. The game puts you in the shoes of Jake and Elwood Blues, and it feels very much of its time, with chunky graphics and a soundtrack that does its best with the hardware.
You control either Jake or Elwood, switching between them as you move screen by screen through urban environments. Your main goal is to recover the band's instruments, which are scattered across various stages. You jump across rooftops, dodge police and thrown trash cans, and occasionally get behind the wheel of the Bluesmobile for some destructive driving sections. The pacing is frantic, and the difficulty can be unforgiving, with precise jumps and sudden obstacles. Playing it feels like a messy, energetic scramble from one close call to the next.
Each game uses different controls, most DOS games use the keyboard arrows. Some will use the mouse , "Alt" ,"Enter" and "Space bar".
