Game Overview

CHAMP Kong is basically Donkey Kong but with a fresh coat of paint—and honestly, it nails the vibe. You’re still that poor guy trying to rescue your girlfriend from a giant ape who’s weirdly obsessed with construction sites. The barrels roll, the fireballs pop up out of nowhere, and yeah, you’ll probably miss a jump or two trying to scramble up those ladders.

The cool part? It’s not just a straight copy. You get the original arcade levels (all four of ’em) plus some new CHAMP-exclusive stages that mix things up—like a bonus round that’ll test your timing. The graphics and sound are crisp, and the controls feel tight, which matters when you’re dodging Kong’s tantrums. If you’ve played the original, it’s nostalgic but different enough to feel new. If you haven’t, it’s a solid way to experience the chaos.

Also, props to whoever redesigned the menus—way less clunky than some MS-DOS games from back then. Just don’t expect Kong to ever learn basic manners.

Each game uses different controls, most DOS games use the keyboard arrows. Some will use the mouse , "Alt" ,"Enter" and "Space bar".
