Game Overview

Ever dug through old MS-DOS games and found something weirdly compelling? Raku Master is one of those—simple at first glance, but the kind of game that makes you lean closer to the screen without realizing it. You're sliding tiles around, trying to match patterns before time runs out, and suddenly an hour's gone by. The blocky, no-nonsense graphics somehow make it more satisfying when everything clicks.

It feels like someone took the tension of Columns and mixed it with the spatial puzzles of Shanghai, but with its own strange rhythm. The music’s this repetitive synth loop that should be annoying, but instead drills into your brain in the best way. Half the fun is figuring out what the game even wants from you—there’s no tutorial, just a cryptic title screen and the immediate pressure to perform.

If you’ve got DOSBox handy, it’s worth the five minutes to see if its particular brand of tile-matching hypnosis works on you. Just don’t blame me when you’re still playing at 2 AM.

Each game uses different controls, most DOS games use the keyboard arrows. Some will use the mouse , "Alt" ,"Enter" and "Space bar".
