Play Tetris Worlds (U)(Menace) Online

Tetris Worlds keeps that perfect block-dropping tension but throws in wild twists—like sticky pieces that won’t let go or timed challenges that make your hands sweat. Still feels like Tetris, just fresher.

Game Overview

So, Tetris Worlds on the GBA—it’s still that same satisfying block-stacking chaos, but with a few surprises. The colors pop way more than the old brick Game Boy version, and the blocks slide into place smoother than butter. I got stuck on the "Sticky" mode for way too long—those blocks cling together like magnets, and suddenly you’re building weird, wobbly towers instead of neat lines.

Somehow, even after a decade, the panic of a near-full screen hits just right. The new modes mix things up without overcomplicating it—like "Hotline," where you’re racing to clear specific rows before time runs out. Classic mode’s still there if you just want to zone out, though. It’s Tetris, but the kind you’d actually play on a bus ride without feeling like you’re stuck in 1989.

Honestly, my only gripe is that the music isn’t as iconic as the original, but the gameplay more than makes up for it. You’ll lose track of time just like you did as a kid.
