Play Earthworm Jim 2: The Whole Can O’ Worms Online
You blast through bizarre levels as a worm in a mech suit, dodging singing dogs and shooting homing pigeons—it's gloriously unhinged. Every stage throws some fresh absurdity at you, like zero-gravity battles or rhythm games with aliens.

I first played Earthworm Jim 2 back in 1995, when it came out as part of the MS-DOS Classic Games collection. Playmates Interactive Entertainment published it, and it was one of those titles that stood out even in an era full of creative platformers. The game didn't take itself seriously at all, and that was part of its charm.
You control Jim, a worm in a robotic suit, and your goal is to rescue Princess What's-Her-Name from various cosmic threats. The gameplay mixes run-and-gun action with screen-by-screen exploration, and you use Jim's plasma blaster to take out enemies. Some levels introduce unique mechanics, like a rhythm-based dance-off or a section where you pilot a submarine. The pacing is fast and the difficulty can spike unexpectedly, but the sheer variety keeps you engaged. It feels chaotic and inventive in a way few other games managed.
Each game uses different controls, most DOS games use the keyboard arrows. Some will use the mouse , "Alt" ,"Enter" and "Space bar".
