Game Overview

Man, Pune Shareware takes me back—that weird little MS-DOS game I found buried on some old shareware CD. At first glance, it looks like another generic tile-matching thing, but then you realize there’s this bizarre charm to it. The colors are aggressively bright, the sound effects sound like someone banging on a keyboard, and suddenly you’re three hours deep trying to beat your own high score.

It’s got that perfect balance of being easy to pick up but just frustrating enough to keep you hooked. One minute you’re casually clicking tiles, the next you’re yelling at the screen because the last piece won’t line up. And the music? Somehow both annoying and weirdly catchy—I still hum it sometimes.

If you’ve got a soft spot for janky old PC games that shouldn’t be this fun, Pune Shareware is like finding a weird but cool toy at a garage sale. You’ll either hate it in five minutes or lose an entire weekend to it.

Each game uses different controls, most DOS games use the keyboard arrows. Some will use the mouse , "Alt" ,"Enter" and "Space bar".
