Warriors of Legend was part of the MS-DOS Classic Games collection, though it didn't come from a major studio. It was one of those games that felt right at home in the era of floppy disks and command prompts, a straightforward action title that didn't try to be more than it was.

You control a lone warrior moving screen by screen through monster-filled corridors, clearing each area before advancing. Combat is simple but deliberate; you swing your sword at close range, timing your strikes to avoid enemy attacks. The goal is to survive each level, find the exit, and eventually confront a final boss. The pacing is brisk, and the difficulty can be punishing if you rush in carelessly. It feels like a tense, methodical dance where every swing matters.

Each game uses different controls, most DOS games use the keyboard arrows. Some will use the mouse , "Alt" ,"Enter" and "Space bar".
