Game Overview

Ever played one of those old arcade games where you're just trying to survive wave after wave of enemies? Ack-Ack Attack! is exactly that—a frantic MS-DOS shooter where you're stuck behind a flak cannon, desperately trying to pick off bombers before they turn your position into a crater. The screen scrolls nonstop, planes dive at you from all angles, and if you hesitate for even a second, it's over.

What I love about this one is how brutally simple it is. No fancy upgrades, no tutorials—just you, a gun, and an endless stream of targets. The controls are tight, and every hit feels satisfying, especially when you nail a bomber right before it drops its payload. It’s got that same tense, one-more-try vibe as Missile Command, but with a grittier, more chaotic feel.

If you’re into retro shooters that don’t mess around, this one’s a blast (literally). Just don’t blame me when you lose track of time trying to beat your high score.

Each game uses different controls, most DOS games use the keyboard arrows. Some will use the mouse , "Alt" ,"Enter" and "Space bar".
