Game Overview

Autobots is one of those MS-DOS games that somehow got lost in time, but once you start playing, you’ll wonder why it wasn’t more famous. You control this sleek little car-bot thing, zipping around a grid maze while these other rogue bots chase you down. At first, it feels like Pac-Man—dodge, weave, grab power-ups—but then you realize there’s actual strategy here. Do you lure them into traps, or just outmaneuver them until they crash into a wall?

The graphics are simple but sharp, all neon lines and flashing grids, and the soundtrack? Pure 80s synth goodness. It’s the kind of game where you’ll lose track of time because every level throws something new at you—faster enemies, trickier mazes, power-ups that actually feel worth grabbing. And yeah, the controls are tight, which matters when you’re making split-second turns to avoid getting cornered.

If you’ve got a soft spot for arcade-style games that don’t hold your hand, this one’s a no-brainer. Just don’t blame me when you’re still playing at 2 AM.

Each game uses different controls, most DOS games use the keyboard arrows. Some will use the mouse , "Alt" ,"Enter" and "Space bar".
