Dragon’s Lure on the Amiga is a classic—Dirk the Daring, the world’s most accident-prone knight, stumbles his way through Singe’s castle trying to rescue Princess Daphne. It’s basically a medieval obstacle course where one wrong step means getting flattened by a boulder or skewered by spikes. The Amiga version only has the first half of the arcade game, so you won’t see the full adventure, but it’s still a solid challenge.

You control Dirk in this weird hybrid of quick-time events and platforming—timing is everything. Press the right button at the right moment, or watch him faceplant into a pit. The traps are brutal, the monsters don’t mess around, and honestly, half the fun is seeing how many ridiculous ways Dirk can die. It’s clunky by today’s standards, but there’s something weirdly satisfying about finally nailing that perfect jump over the lava.
