Play Final Fantasy IV (EU) Online

You play as Cecil, a knight wrestling with guilt, leading a ragtag crew through betrayals and moon kingdoms—those turn-based battles get tense when bosses start pulling dirty tricks. The story hits hard, and that DS pixel glow-up makes every dungeon pop.

Game Overview

Final Fantasy IV on the DS is one of those RPGs that just sticks with you. You start off as Cecil, a dark knight with some serious moral dilemmas, and before long you're dragged into this wild conspiracy involving airships, moon people, and a whole lot of betrayal. The turn-based combat feels surprisingly tactical—especially with the DS version’s tweaks—and the pixel art still holds up beautifully.

What really gets me is how the story doesn’t pull punches. Characters actually die (no fake-outs here), and the writing makes you care about them. Also, the soundtrack? Absolute bangers. If you’ve never played it, this is a great way to experience a classic without dealing with clunky old-school mechanics.
