Game Overview

Alien Breed is basically what happens if you take Aliens, smash it together with Gauntlet, and run it through a grimy MS-DOS filter. You’re dumped into a claustrophobic space station crawling with xenomorph knockoffs, armed with whatever junk you can scrounge from terminals—some of which weirdly have a Pong minigame tucked inside, because why not?

Credits litter the floors like dropped change, and you’ll hoard them for better guns or upgrades before diving deeper. The further you go, the more the game throws at you: swarms of aliens, cramped rooms with no exit, and those awful "oh crap" moments where you’re locked in with a boss that looks suspiciously like the Alien Queen. It’s messy, tense, and weirdly satisfying when you finally find the elevator to the next level—just don’t forget to blow the place up on your way out.

If you’ve played Doom, you’ll recognize the DNA here—just swap the first-person chaos for top-down panic. Later entries in the series mixed things up, but this one’s all about surviving the gauntlet, one screeching alien at a time.

Each game uses different controls, most DOS games use the keyboard arrows. Some will use the mouse , "Alt" ,"Enter" and "Space bar".
