Game Overview

Ever fire up an old MS-DOS game and immediately get sucked into its weird little world? Fatal Fumes does that—you're a janitor (of all things) armed with industrial-strength cleaning spray, turning ventilation ducts into death traps for mutant rats and rogue lab equipment. The first time I played, I accidentally gassed myself because I didn’t realize the fumes linger. Lesson learned.

It’s got that perfect mix of Bomberman strategy and chaotic arcade energy, but with a bizarre janitorial twist. Enemies shamble into your neon-green fog clouds and just... dissolve. The pixel art’s chunky in that way only DOS games can be, and the soundtrack’s all bleeps and bloops that somehow never get old. Found myself replaying the same levels just to see how fast I could clear them.

Honestly, it shouldn’t work—who dreams up a game about a toxic-waste janitor?—but it’s stupidly fun. You’ll either rage-quit after the third time a rogue test tube ambushes you or stay up way too late saying "one more level."

Each game uses different controls, most DOS games use the keyboard arrows. Some will use the mouse , "Alt" ,"Enter" and "Space bar".
